Tigers Be Still Auditions

Audition for Tigers Be Still a comedy by Kim Rosenstock, directed by Eden Bartholomew and Rachel Broun.  

Auditions will be held January 23rd and 24th from 4-7pm at the Chapel Hill Public Library. 
Callbacks will be held on January 25th at Eden Bartholomew's house.

​"Tigers Be Still is a comedy that follows the misadventures of Sherry Wickman, a young woman who has recently earned her masters degree in art therapy only to find herself moving back home. Unemployed and overwhelmed, Sherry retreats to her childhood bed and remains there until an unexpected employment opportunity gives her a renewed sense of hope. She attempts to be a therapist for Zack, a troubled teenage boy who is the son of her boss, the principal of an elementary school. Zack has anger management issues and is very distraught because he feels responsible for his mother’s death. Sherry’s mother and sister are also dealing with a lot - her mother (who is never seen) refuses to come downstairs because she has severe body image issues after gaining weight from a treatment for an illness, and her sister is devastated after her ex-fiance cheats on her. Sherry’s positivity is a catalyst for a rebirth of positivity in everyone’s life that is both realistic and meaningful."
